What are our payment guidelines?
MedShadow receives donations on the website. We use third-party services for payment processing such as PayPal or Stripe (e.g. payment processors).
We will not collect or store your payment card details.
This information is provided by you directly to our third-party payment processors who have standards set by the PCI Security Standards Council and administered by PCI-DSS. PCI-DSS requirements to safeguard handling of payment information. Credit Card companies such as; American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, partners with PCI-DSS to help ensure security.
How long we retain your data?
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Request Deletion
To request deletion, email developer support, MedShadow Foundation, at [email protected]. All data associations attached to the account will be deleted except for the email address. Records of the existence of the account, important customer support information, and general information may be retained.

We use safe web protocols, such as HTTPS via SSL, for communications and transferring data to help guard your data, implement Cloudfare web security services to protect our systems from potential online breaches, and monitor the website for added control. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In order to ensure data protection, we recommend account holders safeguard their username + password and refrain from sharing.
In order to protect the website from prevent spamming and enhance security, we use reCAPTCHA.

MedShadow services including this website and other services are intended for authorized adults only and require that users be no less than eighteen (18) years of age. Some services may require a minimum age of (21). Please see your state guidelines to learn the laws that apply to you.

If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.
